Our class will be delivered in a dynamic and entertaining Demonstration Format. Because many students have questions regarding vegan cooking, the session istaught in a way that guides, informs, and inspires while allowing enough time to unveil at least three basic recipes. Each cooking class concludes with a tasting of the day's offerings and a question and answer session.
