Super Simple Vegan Brownie Balls


Last week’s blog was about the glycemic index of foods. Here is a really super simple recipe that you can try at home. It’s a great low glycemic index healthy snack.





Walnuts 190g

Soft pitted dates 175g

Cocoa powder 25g

Salt ¼ tsp

Water 1 tbsp


Whizz the walnuts in a food processor until the mixture is the consistency of flour. Remove and put in a bowl. Whizz the dates with the water and salt. Put in the bowl with the walnut and cocoa powder and mix well. Form into balls and store in the fridge. Enjoy.
